雍和宮打鬼

打鬼,又叫“跳布扎”、“金刚驱魔神舞”,是一种配合音乐,由喇嘛们穿着特定的服饰,面具、法器,扮演神佛,演绎诸神驱魔过程的宗教舞蹈。打鬼一般是在农历正月三十和二月初一。德胜门外的黑寺、黄寺都有打鬼的活动。但是雍和宫打鬼的规模最大,最为典型,也最热闹。


Devil Dance, was also known as "Buzha Dance ","King kong Exorcism Dance",it was a religious dance with background music, performed by lamas in particular costumes, masks ,musical instruments .In the process, these lamas acted as deities, deduced the process of exorcising evil spirit and driving the gods exorcism. Devil dance usually proceeded on lunar January 30th and February 1st.Besides, this event was also frequently held in Hei temple and Huang temple outside Desheng Gate. Among which Devil Dance in Lama Temple was the largest and most typical, as well as fairly bustling.

四名戴着白色骷髅面具的小喇嘛,穿白衣、白裤、白绣花鞋,随着音乐,从天王殿跳跃而出,狂奔乱舞。他们象征地狱主的使者,能记录善恶,拘捕恶人,能把邪魔找寻出来带去地狱。


The four young lamas wearing white face mask of skull, white dress, white trousers and white embroidered shoes, following by the music, jumped over from the Hall of Heavenly Kings, constantly running and dancing. They stood for the emissaries of the Hell Lord, recorded good and evil, arrested the evils, as well found out the evils and took them to the hell.

“鹿面神和牛面神舞”由两位喇嘛带相应的面具扮演。鹿面神和牛面神是阎摩护法的眷属,将擒住的邪魔碎尸万段。舞步中有很多跪地砍削抛掷的动作。


"Deer-face God and Cow-face God Dance" were played by two lamas with the masks. Deer Face God and Cow-face God Dance were the emissary of Yama Buddihist, took charge of destroying the evil spirits. In the dancing, there were various actions such as kneeling, cutting and throwing.
