白云观燕九节，时在农历正月十九，是全真道掌教真人丘处机的圣诞。从正月初一开始，就有大量的游客，或步行，或坐车，或骑驴，络绎不绝地到白云观逛庙会。

Yanjiu of Baiyun Guan Taoist Temple was regularly held on lunar January 19th, which was known as the birthday of Qiu Chuji, the Quanzhen Hierarch of Taoism. From lunar January 1st, there were more and more tourists constantly to visit Baiyun Guan Taoist Temple fair by means of hiking, taking a cart or riding a donkey.

“窝风桥打金钱眼”和“摸猴”都是燕九节重要的民俗。白云观窝风桥始建于清康熙四十五年（1706），桥下悬挂一枚大大的铜钱，人们站在桥栏杆边朝钱孔掷钱，如中其孔，则大吉大利。白云观里有三处浮雕的石猴，刻得很小，一般人第一次去很难全部找到，据说把这几处石猴逐一摸过，会福佑顺遂。

"Hitting the coin-hole under Wofeng Bridge" and "Touching Monkey" were both the major folk customs in Yanjiu of Baiyun Guan Taoist Temple. Wofeng bridge of Baiyun Guan Taoist Temple was built in 45th year of Kangxi Emperor in Qing Dynasty(1706)。 A large cooper coin was hanged over the bridge, the tourists stood by the bridge railings and threw coins toward the hanged copper coin, if someone hit the hole of the coin, it meant he would be the most favorable auspices in new year. There were three stone monkeys sculptured with mini size, few people could completely find them out and the ones that touched over all of the stone monkeys would be lucky and prosperous.
