每年农历四月初一到四月十五，都有大量的香客到妙峰山进香。妙峰山娘娘庙供奉的是碧霞元君，民间传说她“庇佑众生”。北京有句俗语“妙峰山的娘娘，照远不照近”。妙峰山娘娘庙以其特有的神秘力量，吸引全国各地的善男信女们前来朝顶进香。

Every year from lunar April 1st to April 15th, numerous pilgrims preferred to travel to Miaofeng Mountain for pilgrimage. The goddess in Miaofeng Mountain is Bixia Yuanjun, according to civil legend, she blessed all people. As the proverb in Beijing gets that"The Goddess in Miaofeng Mountain preferred to bless the pilgrims coming from afar". The Goddess in Miaofeng Mountain was fairly mystical. The pilgrims across the country were attracted to come there for pilgrimage.
